Our History
Colette White-Pate is the founder and former Director of Growing Into Elegance LLC, established in October 2012. Through her travels and life experiences, she recognized a growing need to promote respect, proper etiquette, and positive values among youth. Inspired to make a meaningful difference, she developed an etiquette program designed to empower and positively influence young people as they navigate life's challenges.

With more than twenty years of experience working with both children and seniors, Colette has dedicated her life to serving and uplifting others. She has also been an active leader in her church community, directing numerous church plays and leading the Sunbeam Choir. Her faith serves as the foundation of her work and her commitment to helping others. Colette firmly believes that education is essential to personal growth and success, and she is passionate about equipping young people with the knowledge, confidence, and character needed to reach their full potential.
Our Mission
Empowering young lives to become motivated, confident, and successful while building character, self-esteem, and self-awareness. Our programs provide etiquette training, academic support, mentoring, and leadership development to enhance social, personal, and academic growth.

We educate and equip boys and girls at an early age with essential life skills that serve as the foundation for future success. As participants mature into young adults, they are introduced to enriching experiences such as role-playing activities, etiquette teas, and cotillions that promote confidence, professionalism, and social development.

The culmination of our program is the Grand Ball, a memorable and prestigious event that celebrates personal growth, achievement, and the successful completion of the program while creating lasting memories for participants and their families.
